لطالما حلمت بأن أكون جزءًا من عالم يسهم في شفاء الناس، لا كطبيبة تعالج، بل كمهندسة تصمم المعدات والأجهزة التي تعيد الحياة لمن فقدوها. لهذا السبب اخترت هندسة المعدات الطبية، لأنني أؤمن أن التكنولوجيا يمكن أن تكون يدًا حانية تُعيد لمن فقد أطرافه الأمل بالحركة والكرامة.
ولدت ونشأت في مدينة لا تخلو من آثار الحرب والاحتلال، حيث رأيت عن قرب كيف تغيّر الإصابات حياة الأبرياء، وكيف يمكن لجهاز طبي أو طرف صناعي أن يصنع فرقًا هائلًا في حياة إنسان. أردت أن أكون جزءًا من هذا التغيير، أن أتعلم كيف أبتكر وأُطوّر أدوات تعيد الابتسامة إلى من ظن أن الأمل انتهى.
لكن رغم شغفي، لم يكن الطريق سهلاً. أنا من أسرة بسيطة، نعيش بموارد محدودة لا تكفي لتغطية تكاليف التعليم الجامعي والسكن والمواصلات أو حتى مصاريف يومية. التخصص الذي أحلم به لا يُدرّس في مدينتي، وهذا يعني أنني بحاجة للسفر والعيش بعيدًا عن المنزل، وهو ما لا يمكن لعائلتي تحمّله ماليًا. لهذا السبب، لم أتمكن من الالتحاق بالجامعة في العام الماضي، وضاعت عليّ سنة كاملة من عمري فقط لأنني لا أملك المال الكافي لتحقيق حلمي.
اليوم، أكتب هذه الكلمات، وأملي أن تفتح لي هذه المنحة بابًا نحو مستقبل طالما حلمت به. إن حصولي على دعم مالي لا يعني فقط مقعدًا في الجامعة، بل هو بداية لحياة جديدة مليئة بالعطاء والتغيير. سأتمكن من التركيز على دراستي، والمشاركة في مشاريع تصنيعية تخدم أبناء وطني، خصوصًا من فقدوا أطرافهم بسبب الإصابات أو الأمراض.
ما أطلبه ليس مجرد دعم مادي، بل فرصة. فرصة لأُثبت نفسي، لأُكرّم تضحيات أهلي، ولأُسهم في بناء مجتمع أقوى وأكثر إنسانية. أتعهد إن حصلت على هذه المنحة، أن أكون طالبة مجتهدة، ومهندسة مبدعة، وأن أردّ الجميل لهذا العطاء من خلال خدمة مجتمعي بكل ما أملك من علم وطاقة.
أحلم بيوم أُمسك فيه بيد طفل فقد ساقه، وأُركّب له طرفًا جديدًا من تصميمي، لأقول له: “أنت تستطيع أن تمشي من جديد.” هذا الحلم لن يتحقق إلا بدعمكم.
أتمنى أن أكون أهلًا لثقتكم، وأعدكم بأن استثماركم في تعليمي لن يضيع

I have always dreamed of being part of a world that contributes to healing people—not as a doctor who treats patients, but as an engineer who designs the equipment and devices that bring life back to those who have lost it. This is why I chose Medical Equipment Engineering—because I believe that technology can be a compassionate hand, restoring hope, mobility, and dignity to those who have lost limbs.
I was born and raised in a city scarred by war and occupation, where I witnessed firsthand how injuries can drastically alter the lives of innocent people—and how a single medical device or prosthetic limb can make a profound difference in someone’s life. I wanted to be part of that change, to learn how to create and develop tools that bring smiles back to those who thought hope was lost.
But despite my passion, the path has not been easy. I come from a modest family, living on limited resources that are not enough to cover the costs of university tuition, housing, transportation, or even daily expenses. The major I dream of pursuing isn’t offered in my hometown, which means I must relocate and live away from home—something my family simply cannot afford. Because of this, I was unable to enroll in university last year, and an entire year of my life was lost—simply because I lacked the financial means to pursue my dream.
Today, I write these words with the hope that this scholarship will open the door to the future I’ve always dreamed of. Receiving financial support doesn’t just mean a seat in a university classroom—it means the beginning of a new life; one filled with giving and change. I’ll be able to focus on my studies and contribute to innovative projects that serve my people, especially those who have lost limbs due to injuries or illness.
What I’m asking for isn’t just financial assistance—it’s a chance. A chance to prove myself, to honor the sacrifices of my family, and to help build a stronger, more humane society. If I’m granted this scholarship, I pledge to be a dedicated student, a creative engineer, and someone who gives back to their community with every bit of knowledge and energy they possess.
I dream of the day when I’ll take the hand of a child who lost a leg and fit them with a new limb I designed—so I can say, “You can walk again.” This dream will only come true with your support.
I hope to be worthy of your trust, and I promise that your investment in my education will never go to waste.
