Mohammad Hesham Al-Hallaq

Hello, my name is Mohammad Al-Hallaq Sarhana, and I am 21-years-old studying Cybersecurity at Hebron University in the West Bank, Palestine. Due to the ongoing war and economic hardships, I am unable to pay my tuition of $1,400 per semester, and I am seeking your support to raise money to continue my education. Your support would mean so much to me!
My Story:
Peace be upon you,
I am Mohammad Al-Hallaq Sarhana, a student in the College of Information Technology at Hebron University, studying Cybersecurity. I write this statement from Al-Rihiya village, located in the south of Hebron in the West Bank of Palestine, where we live under incredibly harsh conditions. I direct my appeal to you with a heavy heart filled with sorrow and pain, as my dreams and aspirations have been shattered under the weight of these harsh circumstances and the ongoing war.
Life in Al-Rihiya village is the toughest of all. The economic conditions are dire, and the health situations are deplorable. We are besieged by all kinds of suffering imaginable. The village faces repeated incursions by Israeli occupation forces, where I can be arrested at any moment without justification, depriving us of our basic rights to education and a decent life. Living here is like living in an endless hell, where each day brings new challenges.
Despite all the difficulties, I see hope in the field of Cybersecurity, a lifeline I cling to amidst this storm. However, the war and economic conditions have made it extremely difficult to continue my studies. The university tuition is $1,400 per semester, and we used to rely on two sources to pay it: my simple job and the support from my family, who are government employees. But now, with only 50% of government salaries being paid, we are unable to meet even our basic needs, let alone pay for university tuition.
I am writing this statement to seek your help in achieving my dream and continuing my education. I need $5,000 to cover my educational expenses for the coming years. This amount will represent a glimmer of hope for a better future, not only for me but for my entire family who struggle with me for a decent life.
I kindly ask you to consider my request with compassion and understanding and to assist me in achieving this goal that will change my life. Any support, no matter how small, will have a significant impact on my educational journey and my life.
Thank you for your time and attention.
