Ghaith Mohammed Fawning Khzamyi

I am a Palestinian student studying medicine at the Arab American University, and I am proud to have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.67/4. However, in light of the difficult economic circumstances that my family is going through, especially after the war that we are experiencing in my country, financial challenges have become a major obstacle to my continuing my education. My tuition is approximately 47,000 shekels ($12,700) per academic year, an amount that is difficult for us to cover in light of the current situation.

Donor contributions for me are not only financial assistance but also hope and an opportunity to continue striving to achieve my dreams. If I receive the necessary support, I will be able to focus more on my academic studies and develop my medical skills without having to bear the burden of tuition fees and constant financial pressures. This support will enable me to continue my education without interruption and give me the opportunity to excel in my field, which I will use to serve my community, which is in dire need of dedicated and committed doctors.

With financial support, I will be able to purchase the medical tools and equipment that are essential for my practical training. These tools enable me to better understand theoretical material and make me more prepared for practical application in hospitals and clinics. In addition, I will be able to enroll in additional training courses or obtain advanced medical books and references, which enhances my knowledge and makes me a more qualified doctor to serve patients in the future.

The war conditions we are going through in Palestine have made me appreciate the value of life and humanitarian service more. The support I can get from donors will contribute to building a better future for me and the people I will treat in the future. I will be grateful for this support and will work hard to achieve the highest levels of academic and professional success. Ultimately, my goal is to be part of improving the health system in my country and contribute to providing health care to those who need it.

I also aspire to one day be able to give back. After graduating and working in the medical field, I will do my best to support the next generation of students who face the same challenges that I face today. In this way, I will be part of a continuous chain of giving, where we benefit from the support of donors today to become donors ourselves in the future, which strengthens the circle of giving and goodness in our society.
